Hillary Clinton was the honored guest at an event hosted by the Financial Times.

They got into a conversation, needless to say, about the 2016 election.

The host asked Clinton what would happen to the Ukraine if Trump won in 2024.

“If Trump wins, which I don’t believe will happen, it would be the end of democracy in the United States. It would be the end of Ukraine. He will pull us out of NATO.”

Codeword? He will prevent us from going feet first into war, avoiding military spending that would send the nation into an economic tailspin. HRC has been a war hawk through and through.

She then goes on to complain about the 2016 election, making sure to deflect any blame from herself.

“He’s so angry that every one of his maneuvers to win the electoral college… which is an anachronism that caused someone like me to win the popular vote and not be president, but I win by nearly 3 million vote over Trump in 2016, I lose the electoral college by 77,000 votes.”

Hilary was talking about the 2020 election. But she’s so fixated on herself and her perceived slights that she cuts herself off midsentence to get sidetracked with a grand woe is me statement about the 2016 one.

Getting back on track, she continues, “Biden wins by over 7 million votes. Wins the electoral college by 100,000 votes. It was the mirror image of what happened to me. And I know from people talking to Trump and his family at the time, they thought they had Georgia totally set, Arizona totally set. They had been working hand in hand with GOP governors and state legislatures to limit the vote as much as they possibly could. He’s angry because his rigged game to steal the election failed. You could always tell what Trump is really doing because he will accuse someone else of doing it. It’s projection unlike anything I’ve ever seen in public. Doesn’t matter that he lost, they believe in majority rule and prevent people who don’t vote for them from voting.”

Projection? Whose the one projecting here? Hillary chides Trump about his stolen election claims, and then goes on to imply that her election was stolen, and that Trump used those tactics.

If you’re a Trump fan, however, Hillary has some coded, subtle good news. She’s not sure Biden is going to win. “I don’t think he can win but the electoral college is always a difficult outcome to predict.”

Just blame it on the electoral college. The evil, big bad boogieman.

Following the event, Clinton went on to tweet about Ron DeSantis, so perhaps Trump likes her a little more these days.

“Ron DeSantis’s ultra-MAGA Florida isn’t safe for people of color, LGBTQ+ people, or even multi-billion dollar corporations.”

Call me crazy, but is HRC prepping a run? She’s weighing in more than usual these days. Maybe she sees Biden as to out to lunch, and she knows the establishment elites will never accept RFK Jr. or Marianne Williamson. They’re too well, independent for their liking.
