“You sick F***!”
That was the welcome creepy QB Deshaun Watson received in his first game back with the Cleveland Browns after all the details of his massage scandal were revealed.
He made his debut with the Browns in a pre-season game at Jacksonville Friday, and he was met with a chorus of boos and taunts and a bunch of stuff a whole lot worse.
The vulgarities fans threw at Watson were much more accurate than his passes during the game. The insults from the stands were so loud they could be picked up on the Jaguars’ TV broadcast.
Barstool Sports shared a video showing Jags fans chanting “you sick f***” at the quarterback as he lined up for his first play.
He’s had quite the eventful past couple of hears. He was accused of sexual assault and inappropriate conduct by 25 separate masseuses and suspended for the first six regular season games this season.
He’s settled most of his civil suits and spent millions trying to make that problem disappear. He’s got plenty of millions after signing the largest contract in the history of the NFL, with every penny fully guaranteed.
He played like an amateur in his first game, completing 1 of 5 passes for 7 yards.
The NFL hopes to extend his suspension to at least an entire season.
