The world can seem like a strange place these days.  We’re living in a country led by an elderly man who, it seems, struggles with cognitive skills and a Vice President underneath him who called him a “racist” during a debate.

On Bill Maher’s recent episode of HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher,” he suggested one of them would need to be bounced off the ticket in 2024; and it’s the one he said is not bright.

That would be Kamala Harris.

“It’s very hard to take the nomination away from the president. What I could see is replacing the vice president because she’s not very popular anywhere. And it didn’t seem to work out. And I don’t know. That’s been done before in a ticket.”

Joining Maher on his panel was Caitlin Flanagan, a writer for The Atlantic, and Van Jones of CNN; you know, the guy that was supposed to be next in line to date Kim Kardashian.

Flanagan said Harris was the double whammy of being an “off-putting person,” and she couples it with “a lot of baggage that probably wouldn’t t do well under a lot of scrutiny.”

That’s when Maher jumped up and was more specific about her cringy persona and ineptitude in politics.

“I just think she’s a bad politician. And I don’t … I think she’s a very bright person. But I can see them doing that because a lot of the problem with Biden being old is, ‘Oh, if he dies, then you know you’re gonna get this person.’ OK, so here’s the problem with the Democratic party. They’re so boxed in by identity politics that you cannot conceive of a Democratic ticket that doesn’t have a woman and person of color on it. And pretty soon, you’re gonna line up behind that gay Latino, and you’re gonna have to have, you know, a deaf Eskimo be the–”
