A millionaire’s shopping list is a little different than the average persons.

Billionaires don’t have to look at price tags because there isn’t anything they can’t afford.

And the richest person in the world would face a challenge to find ways to spend all his riches in 3 lifetimes even if he had help!

A good way to say goodbye to a nice chunk of change is to purchase a professional sports team, and Jeff Bezos might be on the hunt for an NFL team to add to his portfolio.  The one he reportedly is eyeing is in the backyard of the newspaper he also owns.

Front Office Sports is reporting that if the Washington Football Team goes on the market, or if Dan Snyder is willing to give up majority interest, Bezos is going to be there to pounce, and all it would cost is roughly 1.5% of his net worth.

In other words, it would be like a multi millionaire buying a used car.

Bezos’ attorney reportedly has had a discussion with Moag & Co., an investment banking firm in Baltimore, Maryland about this possibility according to Front Office Sports.

Current Washington Football Team owner Dan Snyder is probably the least-liked and respected owner in the NFL. There’s constant drama surrounding his organization, as they currently don’t even have a real nickname.

On top of that, the website reported that Snyder has said a minority shareholder of the team named Diwght Schar had reportedly instigated an extortion campaign to try to force Snyder to sell his controlling interest.

According to Forbes, the Washington Football Team is valued at $3.5 billion, the 8th highest valued team in the NFL.
