We all have seen colleagues have careless moments with their vocabulary, with profanity serving as a surprise in many instances.

Others are believed to be perhaps less likely to fire off expletives – people such as former presidents.

But, alas, a forthcoming book on Barack Obama provides a great deal of cussing fuel for those who may be reluctant to believe he’s capable.

According to The Atlantic’s Edward-Isaac Dovere in his book, titled “Battle for the Soul: Inside the Democrats’ Campaigns to Defeat Trump,” Obama carried some serious vitriol toward political reporters and how they covered him.

He talked frankly with an unnamed prospective presidential candidate prior to the 2020 Democratic primary, addressing the fine line he walked between confidence and arrogance.

“Motherf—ers, I’m aloof with you because I don’t want to talk to you,” Obama said, according to Dovere.

It’s not Earth-shattering breaking news, but it does reset the narrative surrounding the normally reserved former world leader.

The Dovere book includes further expletive-enriched stories involving the Obamas and Bidens, with the revelation that Jill Biden can have a salty tongue, too.

The First Lady was reportedly angered by comments from then-candidate Kamala Harris about Joe Biden’s record on racial justice and school busing. “Go f— yourself,” she reportedly said in June 2019 on a call with supporters.

Finally, in addition to the already-chronicled quotes about Donald Trump (“corrupt motherf—er,” a “madman,” a “racist, sexist pig,” and a “f—ing lunatic,”) the book asserts that Obama really didn’t like the Tea Party and that it was made up of “racist motherf—ers.”

Dovere’s book is set for a May 25 release — and maybe some comments from Trump sooner than that?
