Controversial right-wing influencer Andrew Tate, already facing human trafficking charges in Romania, is accused by his girlfriend Bri Stern of nearly choking her unconscious during a sexual encounter on March 11 at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
First reported by TMZ on Wednesday, Stern told police that Tate ignored her pleas to stop and became more violent, leading her to nearly lose consciousness.
After the incident, Stern documented her injuries, which included facial bruising, and was later diagnosed with a concussion at a New York City hospital.

Stern also claimed that Tate was verbally abusive during their relationship and had intentions to exploit her through OnlyFans. Text messages showing alleged communications with the red-pill icon suggest that he frequently threatened to “beat and impregnate” her. The validity of these texts has not been established.
Stern waited until Tate left the US for a court appearance in Romania before reporting the assault, claiming she felt unsafe while Tate and his brother Tristan remained in the country.
The latest allegations add to Tate’s legal troubles, as he and his brother are under investigation for their alleged involvement in sex trafficking and related crimes in Romania, as well as similar charges and multiple civil lawsuits in the UK. The brothers have maintained their innocence in these matters, and have not been tried or convicted on any charges.
